Refund and Returns Policy

At SeGoArt Design, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Our products are fulfilled by Printify, a print-on-demand company, which means all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we are here to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund. To be eligible for this, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund for Damaged Items

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Submit Issue: Use the “Submit issue” form provided by Printify, including the details and photos of the damaged or defective item.
Receive Confirmation: Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will process a reprint or refund.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Items on sale or clearance

Unsuccessful Delivery

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.

Print Placement Tolerance

For DTG (Direct to Garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.
